Terms of Use
Last updated: June 26, 2026
1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your relationship with the operator of the simdrop service (“Operator”, “we”, “us”) when you interact with platform features (“User”).
1.2. By accessing the Service (website, account area, API, official bots, or other sanctioned entry points), you accept the Terms in full.
1.3. If you disagree, you must discontinue use.
1.4. Legal entity: SHERLOCK ANALYTICS LTD (company number 16152550); Suite 9545, 61 Bridge Street, Kington, United Kingdom, HR5 3DJ.
2. Purpose and positioning
2.1. simdrop delivers infrastructure for tariffed inbound SMS workloads and related tooling (including provisional virtual numbers where available). Intended uses include lawful software engineering, QA, integration work, and sanctioned operations that receive SMS consistent with governing law and the rules of downstream platforms.
2.2. You must not exploit the Service to encourage illicit conduct, circumvent third-party restrictions, dodge sanctions/geography/age rules, circumvent single-account or compliance safeguards, nor for bulk onboarding that violates downstream policies.
2.3. Users remain solely accountable for verifying that their workflows, downstream services, SMS senders/recipients, and contracts stay lawful.
2.4. Detailed prohibitions live in our Acceptable Use Policy and Abuse Policy published alongside these Terms.
3. Related policies
3.1. The Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy (/acceptable-use-policy), Abuse Policy (/abuse-policy), and any supplemental refund disclosures form part of the agreement stack.
3.2. Where documents differ on fraud prevention obligations, we apply whichever rule is more protective of safety and lawful use as published most recently.
4. Accounts and integrity
4.1. Provide and maintain truthful information wherever we request it for payments, operational security, or legal compliance.
4.2. Creating accounts solely to circumvent prior suspensions/blocks/enforcement measures is forbidden.
4.3. Do not disclose credentials outside your authorized organization roster.
4.4. We may request additional verification for compliance workflows.
5. Intellectual property
5.1. Software, UI elements, textual materials unless stated otherwise, and branding are legally protected.
5.2. Reverse engineering beyond permitted exemptions, rebranding without consent, or redistributing our materials is forbidden.
5.3. Violations may result in immediate suspension consistent with governing law.
6. Billing and refunds
6.1. Pricing surfaces before checkout. Functional delivery for the licensed workflow (e.g., number issuance and/or surfaced SMS payloads if applicable under the SKU) ordinarily marks performance absent contrary UI terms.
6.2. Refunds follow the dedicated refund policy plus technical rules. Chargebacks may not bypass support while you materially breach Terms.
6.3. You authorize Operators and processors to debit fees through your selected payment rails.
7. Disclaimers
7.1. The Service is provided “AS IS”. We disclaim warranties about delivery from every sender platform, uninterrupted availability downstream, or error-free transmissions beyond our perimeter.
7.2. To the fullest extent permissible, consequential damages exclusions apply; statutory consumer protections remain unaffected where mandated.
7.3. Operational risk judgments rest with Users.
8. Abuse prevention and monitoring
8.1. We may—with or without advance notice depending on escalation risk—suspend accounts, IPs, devices, SKU categories, API privileges, revoke partial transactions, escalate to processors/regulators where lawful, delete accounts under investigation, etc.
8.2. You expressly consent to log processing, heuristic anomaly detection, rate limiting/risk scoring, and manual review powering anti-fraud, compliance enforcement, uptime, product analytics, etc.
8.3. Procedures are iterated in our Abuse Policy.
9. Compliance
9.1. No fraud, spam, phishing, harassment, illicit data handling, or policy shopping through our infrastructure.
9.2. You may not purposely leverage simdrop features to circumvent another platform's bans, limits, onboarding rules, sanctions, AML/KYC, or identity policies where you knew or reasonably should know such activity is barred.
9.3. Third-party takedowns do not waive our contractual remedies.
10. Privacy
10.1. Detailed processing info lives in our Privacy Policy.
10.2. Expect collection of IPs, browser/device fingerprints, transactional/API logs supporting security mandates. Absolute anonymity versus the Operator cannot be promised.
11. Updates
11.1. Revised Terms publish in the legal center.
11.2. Mandatory consent flows obey applicable consumer-protection regimes; elsewhere continued use following material updates may signify acceptance absent contrary law.
12. Disputes
12.1. Contact @simdrop_support on Telegram before formal escalation where feasible.
12.2. Jurisdiction clauses defer to unavoidable consumer-protection rules wherever Users qualify as consumers.
13. Contacts
13.1. Legal/abuse/general support Telegram: @simdrop_support.
By using the Service you acknowledge acceptance of these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Abuse Policy.
